We at TAAGAA are legally bound by our terms and conditions which we request you to read it carefully every now and then. If you subscribe or use any of service of our online platform, then you are bound to agree with the specified terms and conditions. In case of you not to be legally bound within terms and conditions are suggested not to subscribe or use any of our service whatsoever.

Here at TAAGAA you will be given the provision of setting up of an account with us as per the registration process and will be asked to maintain a username and a confidential password. We also suggest you not to share the password details with any outsider or third party. You are also advised to carefully choose the password using combination of numerical and alphabet that no one can easily guess.

Anything contained at our online platform that can be classified in the form of content, images, visuals, graphics, designs, databases, icon, text, patents, service marks and hyperlinks are all part of our site with having no control of third party over them. It is strictly prohibited to use, reproduce, modify or distribute any of our trademark content. Doing this will be considered punishable under law.

At TAAGAA, we disclaim any guarantees of exactness of a particular product you order from us. Since Chikankari is hand printed and hand embroidered each product is created in its own unique way by different human hands. Thus having slight dissimilarities is the natural outcome of the human involvement in the process. These slight variations in the stitches and patterns make the art of Chikankari and your product unique and one of a kind.

The quality of the product, information or service may not meet the desired expectations.

Terms and conditions of our site will never be the same again in future as period changes or modifications are meant to happen time to time. No previous notice will be sent to customers related to any change in terms and conditions. Therefore, you are asked to keep in touch with our site to stay updated.
